ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The Albuquerque police officer accused of tazing, beating and stepping on a man he was trying to arrest is expected to face a judge Thursday afternoon.
A pretrial conference is set for Connor Rice.
Rice is charged with aggravated battery.
Investigators say lapel camera video caught him and two other officers being too rough on the people they were arresting.
Rice was placed on administrative leave. The other officers were placed on desk duty.
