ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man wanted for murder in Valencia County, a purse snatching in Albuquerque and a burglary in Sandoval County has been arrested in Santa Fe.
Archie Manzanares has allegedly been on a crime spree since February.
It started on the 29th when investigators say he dumped the body of Christopher Hernandez, 46, in the desert near the Manzano expressway in Valencia County.
Detectives say Manzanares injected Hernandez with so many heroin he died.
He then allegedly stole his van and sold it.
A week later, Manzanares racked up 17 more counts connected to a purse snatching.
He was also wanted for a burglary in Sandoval County.
Manzanares was picked up on Sunday.
