ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police say the mother and uncle of a teen boy should have known better.
Sharion and William Zotich faced a judge Sundayon a contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge.
Police say William was smoking pot in the car while Sharion's son drove them around town and the mother allowed it happen.
The boy was only 16-years-old and did not have a driver's license or permit.
The pair said they also had the teen drive because both Sharion and William had revoked licenses.
