ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A 32-year-old Albuquerque man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly driving drunk with his 10-year-old son in the truck.
Police say Felipe Cano-Martinez was spotted near the Hard Rock Casino weaving in and out of traffic and driving too slow for the posted speed limit.
Officials say Martinez blew at or above a .16 on a breath test, which is twice the legal limit.
The boy's mother arrived at the scene to pick up her son.
