ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Federal officials say an Albuquerque man is behind a massive fire that destroyed a landmark hotel in Wyoming.

A federal grand jury indicted 44-year-old Robert Rodriguez, accused of "maliciously destroying" the Hitching Post Inn in Cheyenne, Wyoming back in 2010 to further incidents of mail fraud.

Rodriguez appeared in court Friday, where he was ordered to be held without bond.

A federal judge has sealed the complaint so additional details are currently unavailable.
