ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) - More details are coming out on the murder of Craig Stelmasek.  The Prescott, Arizona man was found dead in a van parked at the Albuquerque Sunport on June 5.

A report from the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator lists Craig Stelmasek's cause of death as numerous stab wounds to the neck and throat.

Laura Stelmasek and Marzet Farris are accused of murdering Craig Stelmasek, who was Laura's husband, in Prescott then driving his body to the Sunport before taking off. Laura Stelmasek and Farris were extradited from North Carolina to Arizona last week to face murder charges. Blood evidence indicated he was killed in a bedroom at his Prescott home. Investigators also found blood at Farris' hotel room in Prescott.

Police say there was a history of domestic violence in Stelmasek's home. During one call, Craig Stelmasek told officers his wife was having an affair with Farris. Investigators say Farris actually called police back in December telling them there was a domestic violence incident at the house. That prompted investigators to look at Farris as a suspect.

Detectives say Farris and Stelmasek dated in college and re-connected over the internet.
