FARMINGTON, N.M. (AP) - San Juan County authorities say a man attempting to steal a safe from a Farmington store led police on a nearly six-hour chase before he was captured and arrested.
A sheriff's office spokeswoman tells The Daily Times the man was taken into custody Monday, but his name was not released because he had yet to be charged with any crimes.
Farmington police say the man crashed three vehicles before he was finally captured.
