ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police arrested three people who they say fought a maintenance man who got in the way of their burglary.

The caller told police three people forced their way into an apartment coming face to face with a maintenance worker
An argument then a physical fight started.
The maintenance worker was able to get away.
Police say the crooks then grabbed tools and ran off, but didn't get far because police were already there.
