ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Two students at the University of New Mexico are out $30,000 Thursday morning, after they admitted to defacing a legendary landmark.
Dana Choi and Seung Hoonoh plead guilty Wednesday to defacing inscription rock at El Morro National Park west of Grants last fall.
They will not go to jail or pay a fine because they paid $30,000 to restore the rock.
