ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A 13-year-old boy police say was driving a big pickup is in trouble Wednesday morning.
Last Thursday, Carlsbad police got a call about someone in a large Ford F-250 acting suspicious.
Police say an officer tried to pull the truck over but it took off blowing through four stop signs and then crashing into a ditch.
That's when police say they found out it was a 13-year-old behind the wheel with a bottle of whiskey, a marijuana pipe and a gun.
The boy was not hurt and now faces a list of felony charges.,
