Changes pondered in mountain preserve

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The Valles Caldera Trust is proposing a 10,000-square-foot visitor center and a new shuttle system aimed at reducing traffic through the precious land in the Jemez Mountains.
The 89,000-acre preserve is located north of Jemez Springs and west of Los Alamos.
Under the proposal, the visitor center would include a lobby, theater, exhibit halls, classrooms, gift shop and observation decks.
The trust is also talking about a shuttle service for visitors to reach hiking trails, fishing spots and picnic areas.
Right now they're trying to work out the logistics.
