ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The missing Cannon Air Force Base lieutenant missing since March 12 has been found safe in California.
Crews have been searching for 1st Lt. Scott Lee, 31, since he was reported missing in March.
According to a release Lee reported to Travis Air Force Base in California on Monday.
Lee is now in route back to Cannon Air Force Base.
"We are very relieved that Lieutenant Lee has been found safe and healthy," said Col. Buck Elton, 27th Special Operations Wing commander. "However, due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, we unable to share any further details on the topic at this time."
