ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Business is looking up in one part of Albuquerque.

The North Face will open its doors in ABQ Uptown Friday. The store is located where Borders book store used to be in the shopping mall at Indian School Road NE and Louisiana Boulevard.

Another new business, Lush Cosmetics opened earlier this summer.

And those businesses are just a few of more to come.

Construction has begun on the new Target and a BJ's restaurant farther south.

J. Crew is also working to open a shop in ABQ Uptown next to North Face.
