ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Urban Outfitters, the company being sued by the Navajo Nation for allegedly violating its trademark, is asking a judge to move the case out of New Mexico.

The Navajos sued the corporation in February over its Native American print line sold under the name "Navajo."

Now Urban Outfitters has asked the judge to move the case to Pennsylvania where the company is based saying it is more convenient and would be handed more quickly.

A check by KRQE News 13 found no federally recognized Indian tribes in the state of Pennsylvania anymore.
