ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - About 150 people will be out of a job as medical distributor Cardinal Health lays off workers at its Albuquerque location on Jefferson Street and Osuna Road.

The company is contracting 130 of those jobs to Xerox with the other 20 positions moving to Cardinal's headquarters in Ohio.

Those 20 people will have a chance to relocate.

Employees are being offered severance packages or help in finding other jobs.
