ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The all-about-movies cable network ReelzChannel is setting up shop in Albuquerque and today began looking a prospective employees.
About a thousand people lined up at Albuquerque's Embassy Suites Tuesday hoping to land a job with the satellite network that is dedicated to movies.
Jobs range from sales to television production.
"Not just the economic situation that we are in currently, but also because there's so much entertainment industry coming to Albuquerque and New Mexico in general," Robert Russell, one of those attending the fair, said. "I think people are going to be looking for jobs in this field."
The job fair wrapped up at 8 p.m. ReelzChannel also has application information posted on its Web site ReelzChannel.com .
