ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - People in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill are one step closer to being able to take home beer and wine from bars and restaurants.
Last week the Environmental Planning Commission approved an amendment that would allow business to sell locally produced beer and wine.
The Tractor Brewing Company asked the city about this after it got in trouble for selling take-home beer, called growlers, back in January.
The city council will have the final say in this sometime in June.
