BOSQUE FARMS, N.M. (KRQE) - Bosque Farms police are investigating one of their own after allegations of embezzling documents and other department property.

Police Chief Greg Jones says he and several other officers -- some from APD -- searched the Albuquerque home of a Bosque Farms police officer Thursday morning.  They took computers, a phone and several documents for their investigation and plan to turn the case over to the district attorney.

Meantime the officer at the center of the case has filed a sexual discrimination complaint against the deparment over pay with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

This is one of several high-profile investigations involving Bosque Farms police.  In the past year, other officers have been investigated or fired for a sex video tape and illegal-immigrant smuggling.

Jones took over as chief less than a year ago.  He says he expects the higest level of  honesty and integrity from all his officers.
