Twinkle Light Parade delights onlookers

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque's Twinkle Light Parade rolled down Central Avenue Saturday at dusk to provide onlookers with a blast of light from the upcoming holiday season. The theme of this year's parade was "Red or Green."
