Taste the tradition of NM red chile

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The New Mexico Department of Agriculture is dedicating a day at the fair to prepare and share samples of traditional ‘Chile Colorado con Carne’ or red chile meat with fairgoers, and with a bowl of beans.

Fair visitors can stop by the Agriculture Building on Sunday, September 19, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to taste these New Mexico favorites.
