ALBUQUERQUE (AP) - The Veterans Affairs medical center in Albuquerque will kick off its 2010 growers market July 21.
The market is open to veterans enrolled with the New Mexico VA Health Care System to sell their homegrown fruits and vegetables.
The VA says the annual market will operate from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Wednesday through October in a shaded area near the hospital's entrance.
The market is sponsored by the medical center's Employee Wellness Committee.
