Winds were strong in the afternoon

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Winds were only reading at 7 knots in the morning, but meteorologists expected them to gust up to 25 mph in the afternoon. The worry with wind delayed the gas balloon race yet another day.

The balloon glow started just before 7 a.m. and illuminated the Balloon Fiesta Field with orbs of color.
