Toys For Tots campaign begins

Annual toy collection will benefit less fortunate

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The annual Toys For Tots campaign officially kicks off on Thursday, November 1. 

Toys will be collected at designated spots throughout Albuquerque by members from the United States Marine Corps.

Once collected, the toys will be handed out to less fortunate families who have registered and qualified to receive the gifts.

KRQE News 13 and 2 KASA Fox are also corporate sponsors for the campaign. The Channel 13 studios at 13 Broadcast Plaza, SW near 14th Street and Lead Avenue is also a designated spot for collecting the toys.
