I was born and raised in Mesa, AZ. I went to Arizona State University to study broadcast journalism and before coming to New Mexico, I worked in Peoria, IL.

In April of 2009 I covered Southeast NM as the Roswell bureau reporter before moving to Albuquerque. These days you can catch me reporting weekdays and covering weekend weather needs.

I love news, technology and weather. Spring/summer storms are my favorite and I am a trained National Weather Service Skywarn spotter. I love the outdoors and all of the wonderful things to do under the New Mexico sky.
