SILVER CITY (KRQE) - On Friday, September 9, 2011, KRQE News 13 will be converting the two translators that serve Silver City and surrounding areas to a High-Definition digital signal. Viewers who watch KRQE News 13 on analog channel 45 and 2 KASA Fox on channel 25 will need to either have a digital television or a DTV converter box in order to continue receiving the programming. KRQE News 13 will show up as 13-1 after the re-scan, and 2 KASA Fox will show up as 2-1. THECOOLTV, a music video channel, will also be available on channel 2-2.
