I have a writ of restitution judgement. It says ****** and all others. He is not working but his roomate/wife is can I garnish her wages?

It is insufficient as a matter of law over non-parties to have the writ say "***** and all others". You would have had to name her in the lawsuit to have jurisdiction over her.
