KRQE Media Group a CBS Affiliate in Albuquerque has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant professional. We are seeking an individual who is extremely organized, motivated and possess a "can do" attitude.
In this position you will be responsible for the administrative & clerical support of a large staff of Account Managers, including Traffic and Sales Managers. Other duties will include preparation of marketing proposals and correspondence, traffic order entry, handling vendor co-op, client order revisions/make-goods of pre-empted commercial spots, maintaining reports, filing, and on occasion answering a multi-line switchboard.
A minimum of two years’ experience in television or radio sales support or equivalent experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WideOrbit, Kantar & PrimeLingo, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills, quality customer service, and the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks.
You must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver license.
